RELEX Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Merchandising team, embedded with customers to deliver end-to-end configurations, extensions and integrations of the RELEX platform. You’ll travel for on-site work during discovery and go-live, with ongoing collaboration across engineering, sales and customer teams.

You will instrument deployments, measure outcomes, and translate technical results to business value while expanding the account with new use cases and capabilities,

Formación

• Experience designing and building software across the full stack with production exposure.
• Strong grasp of system design, observability and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building integrations for customer-facing systems.
• Ability to translate technical work into measurable business impact for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations during engagements.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery to go-live: configuration, extensions, integrations and quality of shipped work.
• Prove value by instrumenting deployments and measuring outcomes against baselines.
• Manage the technical customer relationship and capture field gaps for product feedback.
• Prototype solutions that can graduate into the RELEX roadmap with knowledge transfer to customers.
• Support pre-sales and account teams with feasible, technically grounded demos.
