NewCold is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead on-site construction activities for a noblejas, Toledo project. You will coordinate contractors, ensure safety and quality, manage schedules, control costs, and align with design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The candidate should have a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, 5+ years of relevant experience, and be fluent in Spanish. On-site, full-time, dynamic environment offered.

Formación

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant site construction experience.
• Strong background in Construction Management.
• Willing to be on site full time.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Native Spanish language.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and supervise overall work on site and provide direction where needed.
• Ensure on-site safety, health, and quality standards compliance.
• Meet legal requirements, building and safety codes, and inspections.
• Set performance goals and deadlines for contractors.
• Plan and monitor construction operations to meet goals within budget.
• Assist design team with scope, drawings, specs and standards.
• Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and report in detail.
• Support utility coordination and permit processes.
• Assist in procurement of subcontractors, vendors, and materials.
• Support change management and project documentation.
