Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding or customer success in fintech.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Experience with regulated onboarding processes.

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a technology company specializing in the development of software solutions for banks and neo-banking institutions within the digital financial services sector.

The professional will ensure an efficient onboarding experience for new clients, coordinating internal stakeholders and guaranteeing that regulatory requirements are fulfilled throughout the activation process.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding cycle from initial contact to account activation
• Understand client needs and convey how the company’s solutions fit their business requirements
• Guide clients through KYC / AML documentation, account setup and platform familiarization
• Collaborate closely with Compliance to verify regulatory readiness before activation
• Carry out product presentations and clarification sessions during the onboarding period
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate CRM and documentation records
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding workflows based on client insights

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, account management or customer success in fintech, payments or financial services
• Knowledge of regulated onboarding processes and KYC / AML procedures
• Strong communication and coordination skills , ability to make complex topics easy to understand
• Client-oriented profile , proactive and highly organized
• Fluent English; Russian is a plus.
• Experience with CRM or onboarding management tools is desirable
