A real estate agency in Marbella seeks an experienced New Development Sales Agent to manage client interactions and sales directly from the development site. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in off-plan sales, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English and Spanish. This full-time position requires a proactive professional who can work independently and contribute to on-site marketing efforts.

Formación

  • At least 1 year of experience in off‑plan or new development sales.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and timelines.
  • Confident and skilled in client interactions.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as the on-site representative for Engel & Völkers.
  • Handle all sales enquiries and negotiations.
  • Provide weekly reports on client activity and leads.
