Job summary

Sea Recovery is seeking an experienced Centre / Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our premium residential recovery centre in Sotogrande. The role is not a conventional hotel management position and focuses on maintaining a calm, discreet, structured environment for clients during sensitive recovery periods.

You will own the entire residential and hospitality operation, coordinating accommodation, staff, meals, transport, wellness activities and external appointments

Qualifications

• Significant management experience in luxury hospitality or premium residential services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex daily operations.
• Experience working with high-net-worth or international clients.
• Excellent organisational and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under changing circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the centre and residential properties.
• Maintain high standards of accommodation, housekeeping, presentation and guest service.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, transport and other services.
• Ensure client arrivals, stays, transitions and departures are smooth and discreet.
• Lead and supervise hospitality, client-support and operational teams.
• Establish staff rotas, responsibilities and priorities.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members.
