Keyrus is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead hands-on AI deployments in client environments from ideation to execution. You will co-create solutions with stakeholders, access and qualify data, and translate use cases into production-grade GenAI workflows and AI agents.

The role is Madrid-based with hybrid work, full-time hours, and a start date in September 2026. Compensation ranges from €70k to €85k per year, with opportunities to shape scalable AI patterns across engagements.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in AI Engineering, ML, software or data engineering or technical consulting.
• Hands-on delivery of AI/GenAI or software solutions into production.
• Experience working with clients or in complex stakeholder environments.
• A degree in CS/Engineering/AI/Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Co-create solutions with business and tech stakeholders through workshops and rapid iterations.
• Identify data requirements and work with Data Engineers to access data.
• Translate use cases into production-ready GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Prototype, test, deploy, monitor, and improve solutions in client environments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, Governance and Service Delivery to ensure outcomes.
• Balance speed, quality, cost, security, and maintainability in delivery.
