We are seeking a Service Technical Support Engineer to lead technical troubleshooting during the service phase of Offshore Wind Turbine projects, acting as the main focal point for continuous improvement in technical preparation of service activities.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, with experience in Offshore Wind Farms.
• Proven track record in wind turbine operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine systems, including electrical, mechanical, controls, and network/communication systems.
• Experience applying continuous improvement and quality tools in service operations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level remote, as periodically onsite, technical troubleshooting for turbine issues to services teams and escalate to specialists as needed.
• Create and manage technical cases, work orders, and NCs for instructions updates, tools updates, troubleshooting guides updates or customer technical queries.
• Support on Work Orders readiness by defining priority and assist back office purchasing with tooling and spares lists.
• Coordinate daily planning calls with offshore vessels to support execution planning and optimize activities for the following day.
• Collaborate with design and technical support teams to develop troubleshooting guides to boost service technical independence and efficiency.
• Lead technical and operational improvements affecting main controller, HMI, or SCADA functions for technician operations and site-specific operations as Grid outages.
• Drive process improvements focusing on digitalization, data analytics, and EHS compliance.
• Analyze data for continuous improvement in operational safety and quality, focusing on warnings analysis and control improvements.
• Support Service Leadership team in Customer meetings and service improvement projects
