A global marine contractor is seeking a Third Mate for offshore vessels. This role involves ensuring safe navigation and operational control while collaborating with a skilled bridge team. Candidates should possess a maritime education, STCW certifications, and ideally some experience on dredging or construction vessels. Formación

• Minimum one-year experience as Officer of the Watch.
• Ability to act as Junior DP operator under supervision.
• Familiarity with vessel stability and ballast control.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Bridge Officer of the Watch during operations.
• Operate the Dynamic Positioning system under supervision.
• Prepare voyage plans and update nautical charts.
• Control the ballast system and monitor safety activities.
• Maintain communication with relevant departments.

Conocimientos

Maritime education

Good knowledge of MS Office

Proficient in English

Good communication skills

Commitment to documentation compliance

Educación

STCW compliance

COC with competency level II/1 and IV/2
