OW Ocean Winds is seeking an Offshore Foundations Engineer to support the Head of Foundations in developing technical solutions for fixed bottom offshore foundations, from design to commissioning, within time, cost, safety and quality constraints.

The role involves collaborating with wind turbine, transport/install, O&M teams and external stakeholders, assisting in R&D projects, and preparing technical inputs for tenders and financial models.

Formación

• 3+ years in offshore wind foundations.
• Experience with foundation design, fabrication and construction.
• Experience in technical due diligence and technology assessment.
• Advantage: foundation design consultancies, manufacturers, or project developers.

Responsabilidades

• Define foundation strategy for early phase projects in collaboration with other technical areas.
• Manage foundation design studies, focusing on conceptual design and basic/detailed phases.
• Risk assessment for fixed foundations and mitigation measures.
• Support site investigation reviews and definition of site investigation requirements.
• Prepare design inputs and manage interfaces with other packages (WTG, Electrical, T&I).
• Prepare tender inputs and CAPEX/OPEX estimates for foundations.
