Formación

As part of Forvis Mazars’ strategic development, our

Center of Excellence (CoE) in Barcelona provides centralized accounting, tax, payroll, and compliance services for clients across Europe.

We are now looking for an Office Manager to support the smooth running of our international office and contribute to our growing CoE team.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Barcelona office, ensuring everything runs efficiently and that teams have the resources and environment they need to perform at their best. This is a hands‑on and highly visible role that combines office management, operations, HR and finance support.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee office facilities, stock, and equipment (IT kits, furniture, supplies, etc.)
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and office logistics (internal meetings, workshops, and celebrations)
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and service providers (IT, cleaning, catering, maintenance)
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, preparing workstations, and welcoming new hires
  • Assist Finance with administrative and purchasing processes (invoices, budgets, vendor management)
  • Help maintain office procedures, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate small internal projects and contribute to process improvement within the CoE
Profile
  • Degree in Administration, Management, HR or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, operations or administration in an international environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, service providers)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher); Spanish is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and general digital tools
