About us

Our client is a fast-growing textile and leather manufacturing partner with operations in Europe Turkey and Morocco. Our client specializes in product development sourcing procurement and logistics. As part of its expansion the client is opening a new commercial hub in Madrid to strengthen its global operations.

1. MISSION

Reporting to the Chairman you will set up and run our new Madrid office while supporting the onboarding of new team members. The role combines office management HR coordination and executive support ideal for a proactive hands-on professional who enjoys building structures from the ground up.

2. FUNCTIONAL CONTENT
Office Management
  • Office Management : Coordinate the setup of the Madrid office : premises furnishing IT communications.
  • Office Management : Select and manage vendors and service providers including contracts and budgets.
  • Office Management : Ensure compliance with insurance facility and supply needs.
  • Office Management : Maintain office procedures databases and smooth day-to-day operations.
HR & People Support
  • Organize onboarding for new employees particularly international hires.
  • Support recruitment and HR processes in collaboration with headquarters.
  • Facilitate IT / telecom setup and act as a link between management and employees.
  • Help build a collaborative positive office culture (e.g. team events routines).
Executive Support
  • Prepare reports presentations and documentation for management.
  • Provide additional administrative and coordination support as needed.
3. JOB PROFILE
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. HR certifications is a plus.
  • 4 years experience as Office Manager Executive Assistant or HR Coordinator. Experience setting up a new office in Madrid strongly valued.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) document management and comfortable with AI productivity tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French or another European language is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive collaborative and results-oriented.
