A leading logistics company in Madrid is seeking an Office Responsible to manage logistics operations support and office management. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and fluency in both Spanish and English. This role involves coordinating daily office functions and engaging with external consultants to enhance operational workflows.

Formación

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, office management, or operations.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • No military obligation (for male candidates).

Responsabilidades

  • Provide support in coordinating logistics operations and liaise with relevant departments as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with external consultants such as accountants, tax advisors, and legal professionals.
  • Track and report monthly office expenses, and assist in budget-related processes.
  • Oversee daily and monthly operational needs of the office.

The ideal candidate will coordinate daily office functions, manage communication with external consultants, and assist in ensuring smooth operational workflows.

  • Oversee daily and monthly operational needs of the office (e.g., supplies, services, maintenance).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, office management, or operations.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); Turkish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • No military obligation (for male candidates).
