A care home and day center for people with disabilities located in Manacor, Mallorca, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will be dedicated to promoting active participation in daily life, preserving functional skills, and delivering person-centered support that enhances the overall well-being and quality of life for every resident.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive functional evaluations and assessments for residents.
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized therapeutic intervention plans.
• Providing specialized training in activities of daily living (ADL) to foster maximum personal independence.
• Carrying out cognitive, functional, and sensory stimulation interventions.
• Assessing environmental adaptations and recommending technical aids and assistive devices.
• Working closely within an interdisciplinary team and providing practical guidance to families and staff.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation and clinical reports.

What you need to bring:

• A completed university degree (bachelor's degree or second-cycle degree) in Occupational Therapy.
• Catalan language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level.
• Computer literacy at a standard user level.
• A valid driving license (Class B); having your own vehicle is an asset.
• A collaborative, empathetic mindset geared toward person-centered care.

• A gross annual salary between €27,170 and €29,890.
