Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive functional evaluations and assessments for residents.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapeutic intervention plans.
• Provide ADL training to foster maximum personal independence.
• Carry out cognitive, functional, and sensory stimulation interventions.
• Assess environmental adaptations and recommend aids and devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and guide families and staff.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and clinical reports.
