A reputable day center and residential care facility in Manacor, Mallorca, is looking for a dedicated Employment Counselor to join the Labor Insertion Service (SIL). In this fulfilling full-time role, you will be on the front line of helping service users develop professional goals, overcome barriers, and achieve sustainable employment within the local community.

Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will center around personalized career guidance and practical skill-building. You will:

• Guide and accompany service users throughout their entire labor integration journey.
• Provide individual and group support to define realistic career goals and enhance professional competencies.
• Facilitate practical resources and strategies tailored to each participant's needs.
• Conduct targeted activities that promote access to the job market, job retention, and career progression.
• Monitor progress collaboratively to ensure long-term integration and development.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• A completed university degree (bachelor's or second cycle degree), ideally in a social field such as Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or Social Work.
• Around 36 months of relevant professional experience in labor insertion or related guidance services.
• Valid B driving license.
• Intermediate Catalan language proficiency (B1 level).
• Basic computer skills at a user level.

This position offers an indefinite contract with a full-time schedule, primarily covering mornings and one afternoon per week, with schedule flexibility. The gross annual salary ranges between 27,170 € and 29,890 €. You will be working directly on-site in Manacor, contributing to a vital social initiative across the island of Mallorca.
