As Observability Customer Success Technical Lead, you will define and execute the technical strategy for your customer portfolio, drive value realization and ROI, and lead architectural health reviews across private, public, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with APM/IM and modern architectures including microservices.
• Cloud monitoring across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Unix/Linux/Windows, scripting in Shell or Python.
• Knowledge of SAN and SQL-based databases.
• Experience in a consultative or technical leadership role (pre-/post-sales).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for your customer portfolio.
• Ensure deep operational integration of observability solutions across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Drive value realization and ROI by expanding observability coverage for business-critical applications.
• Lead architectural health reviews and partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap.
• Resolve high-stakes blockers and help shape the product direction.
