DXC Technology Corporation is seeking an Observability Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a critical observability service, including network, device, and platform monitoring. You will ensure SLA compliance, drive incident management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and the client to deliver reliable service.

The role involves overseeing global operations, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on proactive performance reviews and reporting to the client.

Formación

• ITIL knowledge and service management experience.
• Experience overseeing IT operations, monitoring or NOC services under SLA.
• Proven leadership and team management with client-facing skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting for SLA/KPI oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end observability service delivery (network, device, platform).
• Prioritize incidents, manage escalations and SLA/KPI performance.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, L2/L3 teams, field technicians and providers.
• Lead service transition, staffing, and continuous improvement actions.
