Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking a procurement analyst to support cost estimation and project forecasts across renewable energy projects. You will help implement O&M and Asset Management procurement strategies, monitor market trends, and coordinate with legal and risk teams, with travel up to 30%.

The role requires 1–2 years in O&M/AM, strong English, and proven negotiation and analytical skills in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of significant/recent experience within O&M and Asset Management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Desirable experience with supplier and contract management.
• Willingness to travel (expected min. 10%–30%).
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-national environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing cost estimations and project forecasts for various categories, working closely with technical teams and supporting CAPEX assumptions.
• Contribute to analysis of project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support implementation of procurement strategies for O&M and Asset Management across multiple geographies for PV Solar, Wind and BESS.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Research and identify potential suppliers and expand the supplier network.
• Lead or support RFIs, RFPs/RFQs, sole sourcing and bid processes.
• Draft RFPs and define requirements.
• Define bidder lists and conduct pre-qualification processes.
• Coordinate technical inputs according to project deadlines.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, EHS and other key areas.
• Support or lead contract and commercial negotiations.
• Assess proposals and support awarding recommendations.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate dates, quantities and prices.
• Provide supply-chain information to stakeholders and collaborators.
• Maintain the order portfolio at the required frequency.
• Support contract management during project execution.
• Report procurement processes to the direct manager according to specific and Group guidelines.
• Prepare supplier benchmark reports when applicable.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or related is required.
• Complimentary studies in Supply Chain a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of significant/recent experience within O&M and AM.
• Desirable experience with supplier and contract management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proactivity, autonomy and strong capability to anticipate and capability solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
