Farmina, a family-owned Italian pet foods company, seeks a Nutritional Consultant – Follow Up in Madrid to provide ongoing nutritional guidance to pet owners through its digital platforms. You will deliver personalized recommendations via phone, messaging, and apps, building trusted relationships and translating nutrition concepts into practical guidance.

Formación

• Degree in Health Science, Animal or Human Nutrition or related field.
• Veterinary Medicine is valued.
• Experience in pet nutrition or customer advisory roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with digital communication platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing nutritional follow-up to pet owners through Farmina's digital platforms.
• Deliver personalized nutritional recommendations via phone, messaging platforms, and mobile applications.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout their journey.
• Translate nutritional concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance for pet owners.
• Provide customer service to Eshop clients.
• Engage with online communities and digital channels to strengthen Farmina's Pet Care approach.
• Monitor customer feedback and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, and fellow Nutritional Consultants.
• Participate in initiatives and events that promote Farmina's nutritional services.
• Provide customer insights to Marketing Manager on a regular basis.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, and fellow Nutritional Consultants.
• Participate in initiatives and events that promote Farmina's nutritional services.
• Provide customer insights to Marketing Manager on a regular basis.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Health Science, Animal or Human Nutrition, or a related field.
• Veterinary Medicine is also highly valued.
• Previous experience in pet nutrition, customer advisory, veterinary clinics, or customer support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with high levels of empathy.
• Comfortable working with digital communication platforms and technology.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer interactions.
• Passion for pets and commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.
