Job summary

WW Talents seeks a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support international projects from Greece. The role is remote with Greece-only remote work eligibility, and offers a 14-month salary cycle with a fixed gross monthly of €1,300 plus a bonus potential.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and keep CRM records up to date while delivering professional, customer-focused support in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location:

Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model:

Remote

Language:

Norwegian – C1/C2 level

English:

B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:

€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package:

4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule:

Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
