A leading energy company in Barcelona is seeking a Nordics Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processes and collaborate with HR and finance teams. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in HR and payroll operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English. This role offers a hybrid working model.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Payroll Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll operations and vendor management.
  • Effective communication in English; local language knowledge is a plus.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You manage and control payroll processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant alignment with legislation.
  • You verify payroll input and output from external vendors, audit procedures, and implement improvements.
  • You prepare reports and forecasts for senior management, answer payroll-related inquiries, and support audits.
  • You lead data integrity efforts between payroll vendor systems and Siemens Energy, analyzing and correcting compensation data.
  • You collaborate daily with HR, finance, and cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and supporting payroll projects.

What You Bring

  • You have 3+ years of experience in HR and Payroll Operations, including vendor management for multiple countries.
  • You are highly skilled in payroll solutions, with excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • You thrive in international, culturally diverse teams and communicate effectively in English; knowledge of a local language is a plus.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across HR, IT, and finance.
  • You work independently and as part of a team, empowering others and sharing knowledge; team leadership experience is an advantage.

For this role, hands-on experience in payroll operations and vendor management is essential. If you also bring team leadership experience or proficiency in a local language, that will help you stand out. No regular travel is required for this position.
