A leading global cybersecurity company is looking for a Nordic Sales Development Representative to develop relationships in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate should be a fluent Swedish speaker with tech-savvy skills and at least 1 year of SDR or BDR experience. As a Nordic-speaking SDR, you’ll be part of a 25 person strong pan European sales development team focused on a specific cybersecurity product line. You’ll play a major role in developing relationships in region, researching and prospecting, pipeline creation, and field sales collaboration across the Nordic region. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, coachable, tech-savvy, and excited to specialize in a high-growth vertical within enterprise cybersecurity. You’ll become a subject matter expert, not just a generalist, and you’ll be joining a high-performance team that’s delivering consistent results.
Office Policy : Hybrid, 3 days in-office (Tuesday to Thursday). First 2 to 3 weeks are fully in‑office for onboarding.
Relocation : No formal package available. Candidates must be EU‑based and able to relocate independently. Open to candidates from within Spain or across Europe with EU passports.
Team Size : 25 SDRs with 3 managers. This is a strategic hire for the Nordic region.
