Iff in Spain is seeking a Financial Controller for a fully remote leadership role, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain while overseeing core accounting functions. You will ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and IFRS and drive process improvements to support business growth.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and the accounting team, coordinate external audits, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, including senior management or controller responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong experience with SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Experience leading distributed remote teams is preferred.

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
