Westinghouse Electric Company in Trillo, Spain, is seeking a Non-Licensed Operation Instructor to join our training program. The role covers initial and continuing training for unlicensed operating personnel, with responsibilities across multiple units and LMS management.

The position is full-time and hybrid, reporting to the training school supervisor. Candidates should have engineering/tech degree and English above B1, plus LMS experience if possible.

Formación

• University degree or master's in a scientific/technological discipline (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry).
• 1+ year of experience in a scientific/technological role.
• English level above B1; LMS content management experience valued; office tools experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sessions for initial training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
• Develop sessions for continuing training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
• Develop and implement sessions for common training across Operation units.
• Assist in managing students and courses in the LMS.

About the Role

As a Non‑Licensed Operation Instructor, you will participate in all stages of the SAT process. This process involves the initial training programs for unlicensed operating personnel of a power plant. Additionally, you will involve yourself in the common contents and transversal training of any unit. This is a full‑time job with a schedule adapted to the workplace. You will report to the supervisor of the training school and will be located in Trillo (Guadalajara). This is a hybrid position.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop the sessions corresponding to initial training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
• Implement the sessions corresponding to continuing training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
• Develop and implement sessions corresponding to common training courses for different sections of Operation.
• Help manage students and courses of the LMS (Learning Management System).

Qualifications

• Minimum in possession of a university degree or master's degree in one of the scientific or technological disciplines recognized in Spain (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry...).
• 1+ year of experience in a scientific or technological role.
• English level above B1.
• Experience with LMS content management platforms is valued.
• Experience using office tools is an asset.
