Job summary

Altia, a Spain-based digital transformation company, seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design and maintain AI/ML solutions with emphasis on NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, and data-driven applications within an international project for public sector use cases.

You will work across AI, data engineering, cloud platforms, and MLOps, delivering scalable services, REST integrations, and governance-compliant solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML solutions with focus on NLP, LLMs, RAG and agentic AI.
• Develop AI services and AI-based applications using modern agentic AI frameworks.
• Support data ingestion, quality, governance and lifecycle management across SQL/NoSQL/Big Data/Data Lakes environments.
• Implement AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms and integrate models into scalable enterprise environments.
• Apply MLOps practices including experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Develop REST services and integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and processes.
