Amazon Logistics is seeking an Area Manager to ensure site operations run safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and manage shift performance while upholding customer service standards.

You will oversee safety culture, process improvements, and collaboration with management to standardize shift practices across sites. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Bachelor’s degree and people management experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
