Arabella is seeking a Night Auditor in Palma, Islas Baleares, to manage overnight financial processes and guest services. The role involves balancing and reconciling daily transactions, posting to guest folios, and preparing end-of-day reports across hotel outlets using the Opera system.

Responsibilities include supporting desk agents, generating reports for departments, and coordinating with the night team to maintain smooth operations. A focus on safety during emergencies is required.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile and complete all daily Desk Agents' work
• Post balances to guest rooms and close out the day's transactions
• Run accounts receivable reports and provide next-day reports to departments
• Provide guest services during overnight hours
• Attend to guest needs and questions during night shifts
• Park cars when necessary to keep entrance area clear
• Coordinate with night shift staff for smooth hotel operations
• Be responsible for hotel evacuation in case of emergency

POSITION PURPOSE

The Night Auditor is required to audit, balance and consolidate Department ledger accounts, supervise the night audit process in the Opera system and prepare various hotel operating reports as well as balance the end of day reports of the different outlets with the Opera system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Reconciliation and completion of all daily Desk Agents' work
• Posting balances to all guest rooms and closing out the day's transactions
• Running accounts receivable reports, providing next day reports to all the departments, as required.
• Provide guest services to guests during the overnight hours
• Attend to guest’s needs and questions as they arise
• Park cars when necessary to keep the entrance free
• Coordinate with other night shift staff to ensure smooth running of the hotel operations
• Responsible for the evacuation of the hotel in case of emergency.
