Requirement

For our offices in Rome and Fano, we are looking for recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related disciplines who are interested in pursuing a professional career in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to the development and management of complex projects for public and private clients across different geographical areas.

The successful candidate will join the International Division team, supporting business development activities and coordinating international projects. This role offers the opportunity to engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, contribute to the development of new market opportunities, and take part in the management of multidisciplinary projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong aptitude for teamwork. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required, while knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset.

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team della Divisione Internazionale, collaborando alle attività di sviluppo del business e al coordinamento di progetti in ambito internazionale. Avrà l’opportunità di confrontarsi con interlocutori di diversa provenienza, contribuire allo sviluppo di nuove opportunità di mercato e partecipare alla gestione di progetti multidisciplinari.

Completano il profilo buone capacità organizzative e analitiche, attitudine al problem solving, spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra. È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata, mentre la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere costituirà un valore aggiunto.
