LEVEL Airlines, based in Barcelona, invites a curious and analytical intern to support the Network Planning & Scheduling team in Barcelona. The role focuses on daily tasks and strategic projects related to network planning, with heavy emphasis on data analysis and dashboard development.

You will work in Viladecans, near Barcelona, building Power BI dashboards, analyzing route performance, and supporting capacity planning and schedule optimization for long-haul networks.

Formación

• Currently in final year or recently graduated in Engineering, Airline management, Mathematics, Data science or related field.
• Strong interest in aviation, network planning and data analytics.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze route performance, capacity planning and schedule optimization.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI for strategic decisions.

Job Purpose

Network Planning & Scheduling is responsible for strategic and operational decisions related to LEVEL's long-haul network based in Barcelona. We are at an exciting stage of the airline's development, leading network expansion with aircraft evaluation and planning for fleet acquisitions, capacity planning in existing markets and performance forecasting for potential new network additions. We design and optimize the schedule, ensuring operational feasibility and reliability. We also review the revenue and cost performance of all our markets to optimally allocate capacity and maximize network profitability.

We are looking for a curious, analytical and proactive intern based in Barcelona to support our team in daily tasks and strategic projects related to network planning.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Support the analysis of route performance, capacity planning and schedule optimization.

Education

• Currently in the final year of a degree or recently graduated in Engineering, Airline management, Mathematics, Data science or a related field.
• Strong interest in aviation, network planning.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI is required.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
