CHEP is seeking a Network Optimization Lead to manage and optimize the CHEP network within a $2B+ supply chain. You will build supply chain models, analyze various solutions, and present recommended changes to global and local Supply Chain & Finance leaders.

You will develop Llamasoft models, project savings, and drive cost reduction initiatives while collaborating across Retail Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams. Hybrid remote work is available.

Formación

• Experience in supply chain data analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to develop and foster cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with QlikView applications is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CHEP network optimization projects and analyze outputs.
• Develop Llamasoft models to inform decisions.
• Estimate first-level savings for on-site operations feasibility.
• Propose alternatives and challenge conventions for the best solution.
• Identify opportunities to drive value for CHEP and customers.
• Collaborate with Global Network Planning to reduce costs.
• Present findings to CHEP senior leadership for buy-in.
• Analyse what-if scenarios for cost/benefit analyses.
