Henkel in Barcelona seeks a Supply Chain Planning specialist to analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across the network. You will define and refine planning parameters, drive cross-network projects, and act as the go-to person for planning-related processes.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, planning or related fields.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Admin, Economics with SC focus preferred, Engineering).
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to operate at a higher level.
• Proven continuous improvement approach with CI projects and process optimization.
• Solid project management skills to drive optimization initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Proactive and agile profile, constantly focused on identifying and driving improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across the supply chain.
• Define and improve planning parameters and underlying processes.
• Drive and/or represent planning in cross-network projects and Supply Chain initiatives.
• Act as a go-to person for planning-related parameters and processes.
• Collaborate closely with SP and R&P community, Business Process Owners, Logistics, depending on the projects (Business Planning, 3PM etc.).
• Support optimization of planning strategies and related parameters across the network.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset within the planning community.
