A multinational technology company is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer Wireless to join their team in Madrid. What we look for?

In-depth knowledge of major wireless vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper / Mist, Meraki)
Experience with design, deployment, and management of enterprise-level wireless networks
Hands-on experience with WiFi standards (802.11a / b / g / n / ac / ax)
Strong understanding of wireless security protocols (WPA2-Enterprise, WPA3, 802.1X)
Extensive use of Identity Services Engine
Familiarity with authentication methods such as RADIUS and EAP
Experience implementing segmentation and securing guest wireless networks
Extensive wireless troubleshooting using tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar
Spectrum analysis and RF troubleshooting
WiFi site surveys (predictive and onsite), heat mapping, and performance tuning
Experience rolling out wireless networks across multiple offices or countries
Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations for wireless (e.g., DFS, channel limitations per region)
Familiarity with WAN / MPLS / SD-WAN integration for wireless backhaul
Knowledge of WiFi monitoring platforms, SNMP, syslog, and ing systems
Experience with automation scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.) for network management tasks
Deep understanding of TCP / IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and routing protocols
Familiar with integration of wireless networks with existing LAN / WAN infrastructure
Experience in designing for high-density environments (e.g., trading floors, auditoria)
Planning for capacity, user segmentation, and seamless roaming
Familiarity with industry security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
Strong documentation skills and experience in creating network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational guides
CWNA / CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional)
Cisco CCNP Enterprise (with Wireless or ENWLSD / ENWLSI focus)
Aruba ACMP / ACMX
Other vendor-specific wireless certifications
