InPost in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Network Engineer (m/f/n) to help build, secure and scale our network infrastructure in a dynamic, international environment. You will contribute to standards, documentation and continuous improvement while applying hands-on expertise.

The role focuses on WAN/LAN/WLAN, network security, automation and scripting, with opportunities to influence architecture and collaborate with global IT teams. Travel may be required to support projects and operations.

Formación

• Hands-on routing, switching and Wi‑Fi configuration.
• Experience with network security and VPN configuration.
• Scripting and automation implementation experience.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Fluency in English, minimum B2; French is a plus.
• Category B driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN).
• Monitor network performance, capacity and scalability; implement improvements.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions and installing network devices.
• Diagnose, analyze and ensure proper operation of LAN/WAN networks and connected devices.
• Automate selected tasks and monitor their effectiveness with AI support.
• Create standards, documentation templates and procedures.
• Provide technical support to development and business support teams.
• Travel when required to support project and operational needs.
