InPost Group is seeking a Network Engineer to strengthen a scalable, secure network infrastructure across international operations. You will help design, implement and maintain WAN, SD-WAN, LAN and WLAN solutions, while contributing to automation and documentation standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, project-based delivery, and collaboration with IT teams, with travel as needed to support projects.

Formación

Strong hands-on knowledge of routing, switching and Wi-Fi configuration.
Experience in network security and VPN configuration.
Experience in scripting and automation implementation.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong organizational and knowledge-sharing skills.
Fluent in English with minimum B2 level; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including WAN, SD-WAN, LAN and WLAN.
Monitor network performance, capacity and scalability and implement improvements.
Contribute to IT projects by implementing solutions and installing network devices.
Diagnose and ensure proper operation of LAN/WAN networks and connected devices.
Automate selected tasks and monitor their effectiveness with AI support.
Create standards, documentation templates and procedures.
Provide technical support to development and business teams.
Travel when required to support project and operational needs.
