With a commission structure ranging from 32.5% to 65%, agents benefit from strong marketing support and access to qualified leads. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience and a proven track record in sales, and will work within a professional international team culture.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Costa Blanca region.
• Proven track record in closing property or high-value sales.
• Based on the Costa Blanca, with a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and guide international clients through the entire property-buying process.
• Conduct online and in-person viewings of new developments.
• Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
