• Knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound / outbound);
• Experience in customer solution teams;
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;
• Technical skills in Excel, Power BI, Python, AutoCAD; automation experience is a plus;
• Good time management and ability to track project timelines;
• Understanding of cost structures (e.g., pallet costing);
• Advanced Spanish, conversational English, and a valid driving license
