The ideal candidate has a background in tourism or public relations, 2 years of experience in event coordination, and C1-level English proficiency. This is a permanent position located in Barcelona with a flexible working schedule.

Role Mission

Ensure an exceptional and efficient experience for all national and international visitors to the organization by comprehensively coordinating visits, events, and activities in the corporate offices of the Grifols Museum. To guarantee the proper management of spaces, services, and resources, maintaining standards of operational excellence, care for corporate assets, and compliance with internal protocols. To act as a key liaison between internal departments and external suppliers, ensuring that every visit and event reflects the company's culture, values, and professionalism.

What your responsibilities will be
  • Provide personalized service to national and international visitors.
  • Coordinate and monitor visits and events at the corporate premises of the Grifols Museum.
  • Update visit and event reports.
  • Manage reservations for both corporate rooms and the museum, ensuring compatibility with other visits schedule.
  • Request and coordinate associated services: setup/teardown, catering, cleaning, security, maintenance, audiovisual support, transportation, among others.
  • Supervise the setup and reception of services such as catering and taxis.
  • Manage the presidential area: stock of corporate gifts, office supplies, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Request purchases, manage inventory, and replenish materials in the museum (beverages, coffee makers, merchandising, etc.).
  • Monitor incidents and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Supervise outsourced services (cleaning, gardening, maintenance). – It will provide support in infrastructure management and reporting of technical or logistical needs.
Who you are

  • Professional training in Tourism, Communication, Protocol, Public Relations, Cultural Management, Administration or related areas.
  • 2 years of experience in: coordinating corporate visits, customer service, or event management, or in administrative or operational roles involving direct contact with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or supporting corporate museums, interpretation centers, or exhibition spaces (desirable).
  • Additional training in event management, hospitality, museums or customer experience will be valued.
  • You have English C1 level, for attending to international visitors (Necessary).
  • You are proficient in the Office.
  • You are a decisive and detail-oriented person who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage unforeseen events effectively.
