DO & CO AG seeks a dedicated events cook for relocation to Munich, Germany. You will support food production at Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena, and Olympiapark on match days, following recipes in hot and cold kitchens, and organizing your own work area in canteen kitchens, restaurants and banquet areas.

You ensure the quality and quantity of all meals, maintain HACCP compliance, and keep the workspace clean.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support food production on match days at Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena, Olympiapark and other locations
• Produce according to recipes in the hot and cold kitchens around Munich
• Organise your own work area in our canteen kitchens, restaurants and banquet areas
• Ensure the quality and quantity of all meals in VIP and public areas
• Implement and comply with high quality standards (HACCP)
• Clean and maintain a tidy workplace

Job Description

• Supporting food production on match days in the Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena and Olympiapark and all other locations
• Production according to the specified recipes in the hot and cold kitchens around Munich
• Organization of your own work area in our canteen kitchens, as well as restaurants and banquet areas
• Ensuring the quality and quantity of all meals, both in VIP and public areas
• Implementation of and compliance with high quality standards
• Compliance with HAACP specifications
• Cleaning and keeping the workplace clean
