DO & CO invites culinary operators to join us at F1 Madrid from 07 September to 13 September, traveling to races worldwide with our F1 family. You should be a traveler who thrives in dynamic, high-pressured environments and is prepared for long days behind the scenes to deliver our luxury gastronomy.

This role demands teamwork, leadership when needed, adaptability, and a pride in every plate. Madrid-based or nearby applicants preferred, ready to relocate or commute for the event.

Job Description

We’re looking for passionate, driven and fast paced culinary operators to join us at F1 Madrid from 07th of September to 13th of Septemberand travel the world with our F1 family to the different races. Anyone applying should be a traveller, a person who thrives in different, ever changing and very high-pressured environments.

We offer the highest level of products and service to our VIP guests consistently, and we won’t lie, the days can be long. However, the feeling of seeing a kitchen rise from nothing into the grand, luxurious and frenetic environment of the F1 hospitality pressure cooker, to deliver our culinary experience to 1000’s of guests per day is a high we still can’t stop chasing!

Qualifications

• Team player!You won’t be able to achieve success without this!
• Adaptable and flexible –both on the events and off. When it comes to working in events things change at any point!
• Experience working in high volume environments
• Leadership skills –we have a very strong core team. However, in all locations we bring on local staff who may require more focus and support
• Goal driven personality –we have our goals – we hit them, guaranteed
• Pride in your work –from the very first plate to the last
• Live in Madrid or near by
• Availability from07th of September to 13th of September
