At isolutions, you’ll bring your own ideas to the table, create engaging visual content independently, and take our multimedia presence to the next level. You’ll proactively contribute to our digital storytelling and shape the look and feel of our brand across platforms.

Your passion is visual content – whether it’s graphics, illustrations or video editing. You design for social media, campaigns and our website, receive raw video material and turn it into compelling video content, and are always on the lookout for new ways to strengthen our visibility in the Swiss market

How your day would look like

• You design visual content for digital channels – from static graphics to illustrations and animated assets.
• You edit and produce video content with supplied material, ensuring high visual and storytelling quality.
• You support the development of visual content formats for social media, our website, and campaigns.
• You bring fresh ideas to the table and help us improve and innovate our visual brand presence.
• You collaborate closely with the Swiss marketing team

Your profile

• A degree or qualification in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills – you know how to translate ideas into visually engaging content.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for creating content that stands out.
• Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and good English skills (B2 or higher).
