Job summary

SAUR, a global water and essential services group, is seeking an HR Trainee (French speaker) to join the Gestagua office in Madrid. This internship offers exposure to onboarding/offboarding, HR projects, and employee engagement within an international environment.

Qualifications include pursuing or recently completed degree in HR or Business Administration, fluent English and French, strong MS Office skills, and available to start January 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ideally a first experience as HR trainee.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish appreciated.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding for employees in French Overseas Territories.
• Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support for engagement activities, performance reviews, and training.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment support.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure HR policy compliance.
