A leading cruise line company is seeking a Guest Services Officer in Spain. The ideal candidate is friendly and passionate about customer service, with at least one year of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include assisting guests with their needs and resolving concerns while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus. This position requires working on board for 5-6 months.

Formación

• Minimum one-year experience in customer contact position.
• Proficiency in cash handling and understanding of currency exchanges.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests and staff.
