Jobgether is seeking a Multilingual Customer Success Manager based in Spain to bridge advanced marketing analytics with enterprise client strategy in a fast-scaling environment. You will own the post-sale lifecycle for enterprise accounts, guide senior marketing stakeholders, translate MMM outputs into actionable recommendations, and drive retention and expansion across markets.

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level B2B accounts and executive relationships.
• Fluent business English and French (mandatory); Spanish, Italian, or German as needed.
• Strong background in media, marketing analytics, or AdTech/MarTech is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle across enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for senior marketing stakeholders.
• Guide clients through onboarding and data collection across multiple media channels.
• Translate MMM outputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead executive reviews and ongoing performance discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor account health and drive retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
