WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, is hiring Account Executives (C1–C2) to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and to cultivate lasting relationships with enterprise clients. You will join a high‑performance, KPI‑driven team with an uncapped commission structure and a €30,000 gross annual base.

• Native or C2 proficiency in one of the required languages.
• Professional level of English.
• 1–6 years of experience in Account Executive, BDR/SDR, or outbound sales.
• Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
• KPI-driven, target-oriented environment.
• Must already be based in Spain.

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2 proficiency in German, English (US Accent), Dutch, Polish, or Czech
• Professional level of English
• 1–6 years of experience in:
  • Account Executive
  • Business Development
  • BDR / SDR
  • Outbound Sales
  • SaaS or Technology Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a KPI‑driven, target‑oriented environment
• Must already be based in Spain
