WW Talents is hiring Account Executives (C1-C2 level) in Spain with a hybrid Madrid base. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building lasting client relationships and driving new business in a fast‑growing international tech environment.

We seek multilingual professionals with German, English (US), Dutch, Polish or Czech, plus strong English; 1–6 years in SaaS or technology sales and a proactive, KPI‑driven mindset. Base salary is €30,000 with uncapped commissions.

Formación

• Native or C2 proficiency in German, English (US Accent), Dutch, Polish or Czech.
• Professional level of English.
• 1–6 years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, BDR/SDR, Outbound Sales, SaaS or Technology Sales.

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2 proficiency in German, English (US Accent), Dutch, Polish, or Czech
• Professional level of English
• 1–6 years of experience in:

  • Business Development
  • BDR / SDR
  • Outbound Sales
  • SaaS or Technology Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a KPI‑driven, target‑oriented environment
• Must already be based in Spain
