WW Talents is hiring Account Executives to join a fast‑growing international tech company. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build long‑term relationships with clients across Europe.

This role offers an uncapped commission, a base salary of €30,000, and strong career progression. Based in Spain with a hybrid Madrid or other Spanish office, you’ll thrive in a KPI‑driven environment and collaborate with an international sales team.

Formación

• Native or C2 proficiency in German, English (US Accent), Dutch, Polish, or Czech.
• Professional level of English.
• 1–6 years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, BDR/SDR, Outbound Sales, SaaS or Technology Sales.

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2 proficiency in German, English (US Accent), Dutch, Polish, or Czech
• Professional level of English
• 1–6 years of experience in:
  • Account Executive
  • Business Development
  • BDR / SDR
  • Outbound Sales
  • SaaS or Technology Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a KPI‑driven, target‑oriented environment
• Must already be based in Spain
