A private household located in central Madrid is seeking a professional to handle cooking, housekeeping, and overall household management. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in similar roles, excellent references, and proficiency in English or Russian, with Spanish as a desirable skill. This position requires discretion, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Schedule & Location

Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00, with a 1-hour break (exact time to be agreed). Central Madrid.

Languages

Must speak English or Russian (we don’t speak Spanish). Spanish is also desirable.

Core Duties

• Cooking & provisioning: family‑style cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, maintaining an organised fridge and pantry (rotation, inventories).
• High‑standard housekeeping: full cleaning, handwashing delicates, stain removal, steaming, laundry / ironing; correct use and maintenance of high-end appliances.
• VIP wardrobe care: care for luxury fabrics, wardrobe organisation, seasonal rotation, packing / unpacking, and shoe care.
• Household management: independently arrange dry cleaning (contacts provided), window cleaning, and any contractors as needed (scheduling, supervising, follow‑up).
• Pet care (small breed): feeding, walking, booking and accompanying to / from the groomer.
• Childcare: occasional assistance with our 6‑year‑old daughter when the nanny is unavailable.
