Dematic is seeking a Team Leader Site Manager in Spain to safely and efficiently oversee MU installation projects across multiple sites. You will lead MU Site Managers, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvements while coordinating with procurement, quality, and product teams.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights when needed. English (B2) and additional language skills are advantageous.

Formación

• 3 years of managerial experience in machine assembly.
• Experience with subcontractors.
• Ability to manage on-site teams.
• City & Guilds standard in mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Ability to work at height.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights as required.
• Forklift license desirable.
• Native language of the country is mandatory.
• English language skills at B2 level minimum.
• Knowledge of Spanish, French, or Italian is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Power of attorney for safe execution of projects.
• Disciplinary & professional management of MU Site Managers.
• Ensure continuous quality improvement of assembly.
• Ensure know-how transfer between construction sites.
• Document assembly problems and feed back to quality/product management.
• Cross-project escalation management and capacity planning.
• Cross-project reporting on status, deadlines and costs.
• Continuous training and compliance with standards.
• Sales support to validate estimations for upcoming projects.
• Own WBS for installation tasks and cost control.
• Coordinate procurement and sub-contractors.
