Ekkiden is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to strengthen its managed services team in an international setting supporting UN agencies. You will administer and support the Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID across a multi-site environment.

The role is on-site in Valencia, Spain, or Brindisi, Italy, with up to one day of remote work per week, and requires strong PowerShell and Graph skills, plus English fluency.

Formación

• At least 4 years managing a large, multi-site and complex email and identity infrastructure.
• At least 1 year working with customers on Cloud and Microsoft 365 solutions and deployments.
• Excellent knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender and Purview.
• Excellent knowledge of Entra ID in complex environments: Entra Domain Services, B2B/B2C, Identity Protection, Identity Governance, SSO, MFA and app registration.
• Very good PowerShell and Microsoft Graph skills to automate processes in Entra ID, Exchange Online and other M365 components.
• Experience with on-premises to Microsoft 365 or tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID policies, in line with governance and best practices.
• Configure and administer Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender and Purview.
• Manage the lifecycle of Entra ID objects: members, guests, security groups, roles, enterprise applications, mail objects and licences.
• Manage mail routing and message hygiene: anti-malware, anti-spam, quarantine and mail relay.
• Implement and maintain online email archives, archiving and compliance policies, holds and Advanced eDiscovery, and perform data recovery.
• Perform advanced message tracking and troubleshoot non-delivery issues (NDRs).
• Manage identity security: Defender for Identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access policies and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Configure Identity Governance features: entitlement management, PIM and access reviews.
• Support end users in remote locations with M365-related queries.
• Take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota.

The Role:

We are looking for an M365 Engineer to strengthen the managed services team of an international organisation within the United Nations system, which provides digital services to UN agencies. You will administer and support the Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID in a large, multi-site and complex environment.

Location:

What We’re Looking For:

Salary proposition:

Up to€250/day as a freelancer, or up to €40,000 gross/year on a permanent contract (only available for Spain).
