Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe is seeking a Services Bulletin Engineer to join the CUSTOMER SERVICES ENGINEERING SUPPORT department. The role focuses on delivering Service Bulletins that guide modifications and inspections on in-service aircraft while ensuring airworthiness and safety.

Travel for business is required. The position emphasizes end-to-end SB release on time, cost, and quality with collaboration across design, airworthiness, and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Services/Design Office/Manufacturing Engineering/MAP.
• Experience in MRTT or A400M/LTA desired.
• Experience in Services Bulletins a plus.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor deliverables follow up for the SB under its responsibility.
• Agreement with organizations on action plan for significant in-service issues.
• Assess difficulties with each issue and propose alternatives.
• Interface with Design Office for technical solutions.
• Airworthiness Office coordinating actions when safety is involved.
• Coordinate SB incidences and technical queries with Front Office.
